They don’t even got customers inside it’s drive thru only I don’t get how this location don’t have people moving in and out 😭 short staffed? Idk. - SPseth parksMar 27, 20262.0The Manager should read this. Door dash, Uber eats, Grub hub ect.. delivery derivers should avoid pickups here if it's busy. Bad experience. I went inside to pick up an order. You used to be able to go inside for pickups. Also the lobby was OPEN. employee said they no longer do pickups inside go through the mobile pickup drive through. Went outside line around the block down the street probably 30 cars 3 lanes ahead of me. Delivery drivers have to wait for this?? Rediculous. Had to wait probably 30 mins. For a $2 delivery. How are we supposed to make money. She couldn't have handed me the order? Bad policy fix it! We are not supposed to wait around while everyone orders. Other than that I'm sure the food is good ect..delivery drivers are supposed to get priority we are on the clock. It's a simple hand over of food.

I come to location mon-fri because it convenient and I thought the employee cared but to be disrespected in a way was boggling I handed brook a 50 dollar bill and I had my hand out to receive my change and receipt and for her to bypass my hand and put my money on the counter was like wow was my hand not good enough or was the color of my skin disgusting. give me the same respect that give also putting the receipt on the counter. we have to do better as a whole. archer rd no dine in location Stop hiring people just because they have a pretty face if their soul and mind isn’t pure it will bring people like me to let you know.
