  Stood at the window for damn dear 10 minutes without anybody saying anything to me while they are looking at me right in my face the women there came to the window then walked away without saying one word to me so unprofessional

  Ordered online Arrived at time of pickup (12:13pm) The lights were on but there was just nobody there I tried calling and knocking and it says open on google I need help getting a refund

  This place is a nightmare. Do not go here. An AI with a voice tries to take your order and gets it wrong because it can't really understand you. It doesn't repeat back your order when prompted to and there's no screen to confirm if it's correct so you have to order from the person at the window anyway--The AI is practically useless and should be discontinued immediately. The food is also NOT fast. I waited over an hour in the drive thru. I can see almost every car farther up the line receiving and then giving back a bag of food repeatedly as if their order was wrong. By the time I got my food it was no longer hot, and the fries weren't the size I asked for. I would have tried to give up and leave earlier for wasting my time but they make you pay up front and the drive thru is only single file so you're blocked in. The whole experience feels like you're getting scammed. The only way I will ever come back is if I get a refund. EDIT UPDATE: Take note of how the contact link that was given as a reply to this review isn't even valid. Was this generated by AI too? I can only laugh at how ridiculous this is.
