  I love coming to this location! Every time I come I order the lamb meatballs and they are always so fresh and delicious. The environment is extremely clean, food is great, and Janessa’s service is excellent! I would definitely recommend coming to this location if in the area!

  What an amazing experience! Food was amazing and Janessa provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in a VERY long time. I don’t enjoy eating out anymore due to the horrible service experience nowadays but the experience I received at Cava in Butler plaza was how it should be at EVERY restaurant you go to.

  Love Cava and Archer Rd Gainesville location did not disappoint. It was busy but the line went fairly quickly and the food items were refilled often. So fresh and so tasty!

  I went to cava at butler plaza and on of the server I requested extra pita bread and she only give one because she said that only one comes whith the bowl ???? Really even if I asked to pay extra I’m ordering my bowl whith meat and the meat was so hard to eat . Also at the end when one of the guys packed my food he never change his gloves and it was so gross. People please change your gloves if you packed the food my bag was so nasty so dissatisfied at this time 🤢

  Noor is an amazing employee and my bowls always taste great. Don’t sleep on the pita either. When I went to redeem my points Noor made sure I sampled some new stuff so I didn’t miss out. 5/5. I never knew about Cava until I moved here and now it’s my go-to.
