  Great experience at Cava tonight! Food was great as always and the staff made sure the ingredients they used were fresh. Hubert did a great job making the bowls, Naelly was quick to replenish ingredients on the line, and Kyara was efficient at the register. All three were friendly and funny.

  Eddie and the team were more than just pleasant, they operated like a true cohesive unit. Every person I observed seemed to genuinely enjoy their role, and it showed in the energy of the entire space. There was constant motion, with someone cleaning, someone restocking drinks and utensils, and others focused on preparing the food; yet everything felt seamless. The food was fresh, and each station was spotless, which immediately stood out. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a smile. Eddie, in particular, made the experience exceptional. He maintained eye contact throughout the entire process - from building the base of my bowl to finishing it off with sauces and carried himself with a level of confidence and professionalism that naturally set the tone for the team. Whether or not he’s officially in charge, Eddie clearly leads by example. His presence, attention to detail, and overall demeanor made it easy to believe he could be running the place. I make a point to visit CAVA when I travel, and this location did not disappoint. In fact, I’ll go a step further... this might be the best one I’ve experienced yet. And yes, I mean that! Well done, Eddie and team. Truly impressive!

  I went to CAVA for the first time and Deanglo was working there. He was super respectful the whole time, saying things like “yes ma’am” and just had a really polite, welcoming attitude. Even though it was busy, he stayed patient and made sure everything was right with my order. Definitely made my first experience there a good one.

  Huber (the cook) is the GOAT!!! This guy deserves all 5 stars, the food was great and he seems like a genuine, down to earth person, and also immediately greeted me when I walked into the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service from Deanglo was probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. He was extremely unprofessional and actually tried to offer me an extra pita bread just to try and get me to write him a good review. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE!!!

  I stopped by CAVA in Gainesville recently with my coach, and I felt like I had to share how exceptional our experience was—largely thanks to two incredible employees, Gata and Maria. From the moment we walked in, both of them brought an energy that instantly made us feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to come across people who clearly take pride in what they do, and they both stood out immediately. They didn’t just do their jobs—they went above and beyond in every sense. Gata was patient, attentive, and genuinely kind, making sure every part of our order was exactly how we wanted it. Maria matched that same level of care, staying calm and positive even during a busy rush, never making us feel hurried. Together, they created an experience that felt smooth, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. What really impressed me was how they made everything feel so personal. They checked in on us, made thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. It felt less like a quick stop for food and more like we were being hosted. My coach and I both walked away talking about how rare it is to come across service like that. Customer service like this sticks with you. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to come back—not just for the food, but for the people. Gata and Maria represent the kind of employees every place should hope to have, and they made a lasting impression on both of us. In fact, I told my coach—only half joking—that I might name my first granddaughter Gata in her honor. And as for Maria, I’d give my left foot and right arm just to see her succeed—that’s how much of an impact she made. They both deserve all the recognition for going above and beyond and making our visit unforgettable.
