  our attentive server today name Cadence, she is awesome, friendly and definitely gave us choices for drinks that i appreciate a lot, hope if you go there you get her as your server she made our visit enjoyable. foods great, drinks are great, my husband felt his drink was a little bit on the sweet side but Cadence took the time and see how to change it for his taste.

  This weekend, my teenager and I stopped by the mall to do some shopping and decided to grab a bite to eat. We saw the 2 for $20 deal and had to check it out, such a great value! For $20, we each got a full meal and a drink. I ordered the three crispy chicken dippers with a side of wedges, and my teenager went with the All-American cheeseburger. Both meals came out fresh and hot. Every piece of my chicken was all white meat with no fat, which I really appreciated. My teenager said her burger was one of the best she’s ever had! Our waitress was very attentive, and I loved that she even packed our sodas to go. The bathrooms were also very clean, which is always a plus. There’s plenty of seating, so it’s a great spot to relax. If you sign up for rewards, you might even score a free burger offer (shhh!). Overall, highly recommend, especially if you want to catch a game on the big screen.

  Now I’m someone who NEVER puts in reviews for places unless they have done an absolutely excellent job, however I feel the need to take my time to put in this one. To start off; the food was good as most buffalo wild wings are, and our server was doing her absolute best to accommodate for our wants. We dont get the privilege to eat out together not only because of my poor living conditions but work-related conflicts, so we were looking forward to our time together. When we were needing to leave, it took a little longer than desirable for our waitress to get back to us when the store looked to be almost empty. With this, it set us behind schedule with what time we were wanting to be out of the store, so we hurried out of the store and as soon as we were pulling out, we had realized we forgot our food and IMMEDIATELY turned around to get our food, knowing we wouldn’t have the opportunity to eat out with our current funds to find they had chosen to throw out the food we had planned to eat after not being in there for less than 5 minutes. Ive never in my life had someone not wait for the person to possibly keep the food at least for 15 minutes for the customer to come back and have the chance to retrieve the food, however that was not at all the case. I find that to be not only disrespectful and disappointing for other customers who may have dealt with it, but it also shows a level of unprofessionalism within the restaurant. I have never dealt with this kind of behavior or experience this in any restaurant ive ever been in, especially one that was nowhere near busy and in an area such as that. Very disappointed. I love buffalo wild wings so I do wish to possibly give this location a second chance, but I have left there very dissatisfied with my experience. To those who may leave your food on accident here; l am sorry if you have experienced this same thing.

  Seating took several minutes even though we were the only guests (party of 2) waiting to be seated. Environment was very loud and became louder when sportscast was BLASTED through the speakers, making it impossible for my husband and I to talk to each other. Food service was somewhat slow. Food itself was fine, but server forgot our dipping sauce, and when they brought it out, it was all the wrong sauces. We're not planning to go back.
