  Worsted Arby’s I have ever been to the person at the window did not know what she was doing kept asking me what my order was than still got the wrong food. I went inside to get what I ordered and the employee was rude I will never go back to this location

  Waited in line while they talked and laughed with each other. Messed up both orders that I had . The chessesteak was sloppy and bread was destroyed . Didn't get one of my sandwiches. Sweet tea tasted nasty and burnt like the pitcher was not cleaned . Employees was rude .

  Went through drive through. And the milkshake was pure chocolate flavored coldish liquid. The machine was clearly not working correctly but the staff figured it was still worth serving. Then when I went in to get a refund for the shake the staff’s attitude was such that I had caused them a great inconvenience and not that they knowingly served something that they knew was not to standard and that they also never would have accepted had they been in my place. I live me some Arby’s but I’ll never stop at that one again.

  More people like Mr. Joseph. Took my family to eat here today, the attention he gave us in combination with the good food was what we needed to end our day well. Thanks man, your attention made the difference.
