  I made a mobile order and it wasn't ready until 25 minutes after it was supposed to be. My sister stood at the register, to place her order, for 25 minutes and they never took her order. She had to leave to make it to work on time.

  My husband and I visited this location to and are horribly disappointe. It wasn't so much the food, but the service was beyond HORRIBLE. The lady at the register really needs to be trained in customer service. I was looking for the Arby's sliders and couldn't find them on the menu when I asked her about them she indicated that yes they were on the menu. I continued to looked until she finally VERY SARCASTICALLY told me where they were. She also rolled her eyes at me several times. When my food came up I asked for Arby's sauce and she huffed and puffed while again rolling her eyes at me. Very sarcastic attitude, Very unprofessional. When I was leaving with my food I said thank you and just got again a very sarcastic look and attitude. We will not be returning to this location. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. 😡

  Worsted Arby’s I have ever been to the person at the window did not know what she was doing kept asking me what my order was than still got the wrong food. I went inside to get what I ordered and the employee was rude I will never go back to this location

  Went through drive through. And the milkshake was pure chocolate flavored coldish liquid. The machine was clearly not working correctly but the staff figured it was still worth serving. Then when I went in to get a refund for the shake the staff’s attitude was such that I had caused them a great inconvenience and not that they knowingly served something that they knew was not to standard and that they also never would have accepted had they been in my place. I live me some Arby’s but I’ll never stop at that one again.
