  This is one of a chain out of Jacksonville. Its mostly drive thru but they do have a walk up window. The day we visited, my wife and I ordered vanilla lattes with our specific sweeteners. I took of sip of mine as we were about to leave only to realize it was a plain latte with so sweetener. I had to go to the pick up window and wait while the girl remade both our drinks. Not terribly convenient, hence I deducted one star. However our kids love it and skip the free coffee at the Eleo hotel across the street to get their coffee here every time we visit Gainesville. I got the impression that all they need is a little more training. The young man who took our order was very personable and professional. He read each order back to us, just to make sure. They have a great espresso machine but as I was waiting for our lattes to be remade, I couldn't help but notice that even though the machine had 6 espresso stations, the worker kept making every drink order with just one single pod. Again, that's just a training issue, but with a line of 14 cars waiting for orders they can definitely do better.

  7 Brew by me is way friendlier and more efficient but this was definitely the best place in this town.

  Ari is perfect, literally broke it down how I could do the drinks. It worked out beyond perfectly. I come almost everyday but today she out did herself ❤️

  I always try something different here but I think now I nailed my order. I love that you can choose the level of sugar you want . I also love the mill alternatives and just the variety in drinks even for people who don’t drink caffeine. Recently I got the Sugar free medium iced salted caramel machiatto with oatmilk and caramel drizzle with cold foam and it was perfect. Everyone is always to friendly. You get a free drink on your birthday and I believe also when you sign up initially.

  the drinks when they are served correctly are delicious however 5/10 times i go through my drink is given to me incorrectly. Today i went through and asked for a Medium energy drink and they gave me a small fizz soda so wrong size and there was no energy in it, i also have to ask for cream in my drink every single time at the window because when they are taking my order they must not put it in the notes im not sure. I love their drinks im just constantly let down because my drink is given to me wrong. I would’ve stopped and said something to them then but i was in a rush to leave and i didn’t realize they gave me the wrong drink until it was to late.
