I started with washing my hands and realized the restroom had a mouthwash dispenser and was immaculately clean! I proceeded to order my food with Christian who took my order and helped me save by bundling my items into a combo, he also offered me options for my drink because I was indecisive. When I sat down to my surprise the food came out immediately. My son accidentally dropped a fry on the ground and a kind woman on staff cleaned it up so fast as if it never happened, she had the lobby in top shine shape. A gentleman “Franklin” approached my table because in my distraction I left my debit card in the restroom. Before leaving I received a refill by Samuel and that topped my experience. This team made me feel acknowledged, cared for and the service was excellent! I definitely recommend anyone visiting the Fort Walton area, visit this location for a 5 star experience!
