  I ordered a medium milkshake and everything was fine until I got down the road to take a first sip and the styrofoam cup completely broke spilling all over my clothes and the cup holders of my car. I cleaned up the FIRST mess and thought the lid was just loose, so when I went to try and pick it up again, that's when I realized the styrofoam cup had broke and spilt for the SECOND time in my car. I immediately drove back to the store and went up to the service screen and asked for somebody to come outside and assess the situation. Jess who responded told me that a manager would be out shortly. I waited about 5 minutes and nobody had come outside. I waved down the same girl who brought me the milkshake and told her about the situation. She seemed like she didn't care at all and only brought me out a few napkins to clean up a huge mess in my car. Nonetheless, after cleaning my car for about 10 minutes, I asked for a remake on the milkshake and unfortunately I had to drive all the way back home to Port Charlotte with sticky hands and arms. I am writing this review due to the lack of acknowledgement to the situation and the sticky mess in my car that Sonic had caused, additionally to never speaking or seeing a manager.
