  Omg where do I start, the customer service is horrible HORRIBLE! They dont care at all no smiles no positive attitudes, nothing but negative energy like they don't want to be there at all! Its really sad. Everytime I get a coffee its disgusting every single time, like to the point why I dont understand why I go back. The donuts are fine 🙂 but seriously the energy (customer service) and the coffee just horrible like I want to ask every single person that helps me like are you having a bad day. It sucks cause its right across the street from where I live. But as of today I wont be returning for coffee or donuts, I just cant do it anymore not welcoming at all! Maybe they all need to rethink what their doing and do something that makes them happy!

  Horrible customer service skills donuts with filling barley have any filling dont get me started on the coffee its not hard to make one but yet everytime we get a coffee its horrible the frozen coffee was literally water and syrup dont walk run away

  So disappointed. Came in and the price of a dozen donuts has gone UP while the size of them is DOWN. There's no way it costs that much to make a basic glazed donut, even with overhead. Just naked, rampant greed.

  🍩 OMG… OH MY GOD!! Well, when I was in Raleigh, this past Christmas holiday, I was told of this “hot light” thing at Krispy Kreme. I never understood it, I’ve heard it raved about, been told that, well I was missing out. So, on a cold Christmas night I was brought to the Krispy Kreme in Raleigh, but refused entrance because the hot light wasn’t on! Now, I was quite upset… What’s with the hot light, can’t I just get a damn donut? Now I’ve had me some Krispy Kreme‘s over the years and well, a bit sticky obviously very sweet, but nothing could’ve prepared me for today. When in Fort Myers, the hot light was on! And in we went… If you’ve never had the pleasure of watching the process and eating these things hot off the I Love Lucy conveyor belt. It was an event! A party! People were in line like it was space mountain ride at Disney… I wont describe what happened next, let’s say, watch for the hot light and experience it for yourself. 🍩 Caution, eating sugar of any kind is hazardous to your health. Sugar consumption can cause weight gain, bloating, metabolic disease and dysfunction, premature death, cancer, inflammation, check with your healthcare provider before undertaking a five donut binge. Batteries not included, never run with scissors, some assembly required with the hat.

  Drive thru woman named nunu was very rude and had a bad attitude. We said have a good day and she didn’t even reply after making our coffee with attitude bc we asked for a vanilla iced coffee and she gave us without cream for sugar, the recipe says it’s got vanilla sweetener and a splash of milk. Which was missing. Got mad and gave us attitude going back n forth and sighed when we asked her to fix it. We regularly go here and this is the first time we’ve seen her and hopefully the last. Date was 4/19 at 1:20 pm Update: after checking previous reviews I’ve noticed this has been a pattern of behavior with this nunu girl, almost every bad review has her name in it. Management we spoke to was very understanding of the issue and was able to resolve for us but I hope for the sake of the community she gets some sort of repercussions.
