Let's start by the hygiene of the place. Or better yet the gloomy atmosphere that can be easily noticed as soon as you enter this restaurant. I took my daughter for a late launch to this local place as it happens to have on of my favorite soups. The French onion soup. So I went to the register to find a young girl, who didn't really look like she was having a great day. I asked for the French onion soup on the bread, and by the way, do I choose the bread? She dismissed me and said NO. I was like okay, I guess you only offer one kind of bread for those in bowl bread soups. Sure enough, I ordered and paid for it along with my daughter's order. The young girl was not smiling a bit at me or my daughter. The feeling as I entered the door few minutes before was confirmed as if I was unwanted in the establishment. Didn't care much, as long as we get good food. We waited by a table me and my daughter for a good 15 min. While we curiously observed that the place wasn't busy at all, we were not understanding why it was taking forever to make our food. I asked my daughter to go amd check if the food was ready. So she did and no one have helped her. She came back without any result amd then I decide to go amd speak to someone. I asked a young lady that seemed abit more dynamic than the cashier, to check on my food while I gave her the receipt. She asked me about my name, and when I said my name she said, oh we called 3 times and you didn't answer. I found that very strange. Again, nothing is a problem at this point. After all we came to eat. The strange part is, she pointed to the food that couldn't be seen from where we were talking. So I went to look for my food. To simply find that my food was wrong they had put the French onion soup in a porcelain ball vs putting it inside the bread like I asked. I told the manager who didn't really apologize or anything. I was nit given any directions nor I was told that they were sorry about thi chaos. Instead of walked toward the fountain to refill my drink and food maker looked confused at me and said what happen? I said I gotvthe wrong soup. Then he was mad at me for not bringing him the soup to fix. As if it was my job to coordinate resolutio mile stones. Any how. Given them the benefit of the doubt, I waited until the problem was fixed while anxious for an apology from anyone. Instead the cook, flipped the bowl onto the bread waisting a good chunk of it outside the bread. I was surprised that I had to pay money for such a lousy service and a horrible attitude. From all staff, even there was an employee from another location that was standing by to deliver something I guess. He also looked miserable. Long story short, I went to the manager asking for my money back. And she looked at me and said aggressively: "you'll have to give us a minute, we are dealing with something right now". I said being hostile with clients is a no resolution to hospitality issue. As you are in charge to ensure hospitality. I left after that time. I am frustrated that my daughter and I had to witness that. I rarely ever share a negative experience for any place but this one touched me really bad. And for that I want other people and corporate to read this before and while inspecting this location. I hope the manger can get proper training on customer services. And I hope changes do happen soon.

First time coming to this location and it will for sure be my last, little to no professionalism at all, the cashiers were great but other then that, the girls that were preparing the food had no care for handling others food, just threw the bags up on the counter for to go orders and the whole time talking about posting on Instagram and the manager on duty today at 7:30 wasnt the best example either. Definitely will drive out of my way next time i want Panera

Food (although they forgot the salad in the sandwich) and service was good. But the smell of the place was for me a reason to eat outside.

Not sure if this is the norm at this location as I took my mom here for the first time: The food was excellent (dressing too salty) but the young lady who took our order said “we don’t do breakfast anymore” when my mom inquired about eggs. The proper statement would be “we don’t serve breakfast after 10:30am”. We thought they just didn’t serve breakfast anymore as she said and later I realized what she meant. Secondly, when I ask for a fork the young lady in back handed me a metal fork with prongs facing forward which again is not the proper way to hand someone a fork. Thirdly, A man was sitting at the table next to us drinking a Panera coffee. He had a bag of beer and another cup nearby. All of a sudden, the manager came over and started yelling at him and calling him a drunk and a jerk and telling him he needs to get out. It was very abrupt and abrasive. Not sure if they have a problem with people coming into this location like that, but the man wasn’t causing any problems. He was just sitting there drinking his coffee. Anyway, yelling ensued and the man got up and finished his coffee and left OK
