There’s was no line but the workers kept me waiting while MY food was DONE on the counter getting cold while serving OTHER customers that got in, while I wait at the register and food got cold. Ridiculous work ethic’s at this location.

I can’t help my lunch break is early and I come close to opening. When a restaurant says they’re open they should be open. Trust me I expect nothing when walking into a chipotle and somehow I’m still regularly disappointed.

The food I purchased was also very bland because I waited 20mins for chicken to be prepared. Just save the drive and go to another location!!!

I ordered no rice, so it was extremely obvious how little protein was actually in the bowl. Mostly lettuce and toppings with barely any chicken for something I paid extra for. Tried contacting support and only received automated responses with no actual resolution or refund. Prices keep going up while portions keep getting smaller. Very disappointing experience and honestly feels like a waste of money.
