  The two stars speak for themselves. The food here is always either super salty or burned. They never seem to have guacamole or other items available for customers eating in the restaurant, yet somehow delivery orders always have everything in stock. I don’t understand why people who actually come in to eat don’t get the same options as delivery customers. I stopped going to this place for that reason.

  Worst location I've ever been to. Filthy, no customer service, out of lots of items. Here's a tip if you choose to come here... Check and make sure there's ice in the soda machine before you order a drink. They don't care to refill it. Also the place is filthy, which means the food handling is probably sketchy.

  Crazy little amount of portions. When you asked to “can a I have a little more” just to make it fair on protein size they want to charge you extra .. If chipotle is promotion on social media the “just ask for a little more” then this should make it to restaurants for them to honor those online posts

  Don't go to this Chipotle after 9pm since they close at 10pm. We walked in at 9:18pm. The food look all dried out and most items we're pretty much gone. There were about 6 pieces of peppers and onions and they were stuck to bottom. Instead of getting fresh ones they just scraped them out and put them in our food. The employee was less than thrilled to be there, and didn't say one one word to us the whole time. There was trash everywhere on tables and floors, drink station, like dirty cups, straw wrappers, tables not wiped down. We definitely did not want to eat there. I love Chipotle but they really needed more help with staffing and I will not go there after 9pm again.

  Was checking out and I asked for vinaigrette sauce I seen it at the mobile pick up order station available but the Middle Eastern looking guy with the braids lied and said they didn’t have any. I was going to double down and ask him again, but I just walked away and asked someone else. He was training someone else you guys need to do a better job of choosing who you’re putting in leadership because someone like that shouldn’t be instructing others. Why not tell me the real reason you can’t give it to me. His word choice was very questionable as well in front of customers he had the mouth of sailor and his trainee noticed and read the room, but he wasn’t able to and move accordingly after ; this isn’t someone you should have in leadership or dealing with customers. He belongs in the back the other gentlemen are much more pleasant maybe give them a chance. This isn’t my first run in with him and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
