  I literally just ordered a shake and mozzarella sticks. That’s it and they didn’t bring me a straw or napkins. My shake cup had the banana flavor syrup all over the cup so I had to hold it with two fingers for ten minutes while I waited after I clicked the button to get someone to bring it to me. She then said to wait a second and then without muting or covering the mic decided to talk about what “this guy” wants. They said he got his food so i dont know what he wants. Then I told them i wanted napkins and a straw. Just said ok and that was it. I don’t normally write reviews but how can someone order only two things and one literally requires a straw and didn’t get it. I know that’s petty but when the cup is covered in the syrup that leaks onto your lap so you have to hold it out the window while you wait is pretty stupid.

  No matter how slow and incompetent these employees are here , and I really mean that in a nice way because I think they hire touched people and people on the Spectrum which I admire them for so let's just get that out of the way . I give them five stars because if you go through the drive through your food is really fresh but if you go to a stall you'll get your food when you get your food 🍦 but I'm addicted to their slushies and yes it matters who makes it because if it's made wrong it sucks 😔

  Manager was very rude, food took forever and my order was messed up. Pine-Island location is MUCH better

  sonic at Gladiolus in Ft Myers has habitually slow service, Today had special $7.24 meal at 2:30 pm and burger was so sloppy it fell apart, the chicken tenders were dried out as well as the tater tots. Couldn't hardly eat any of it. And i like Sonic. What has happened?
