- FSFranklin Silva2 days ago1.0Very bad experience at this Pollo Tropical. I placed an online order and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but they had not even started preparing my order yet. I tried several times to speak with the employees, but nobody paid attention or gave any information. After waiting more than 20 minutes, they finally handed me the food, but the sodas were missing. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me and bring the drinks. The worst part is that this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I place an online order at this restaurant, it is always the same situation: I arrive at the scheduled pickup time and the order is never ready, and many times they have not even started preparing it. The customer service at this location is terrible. It feels like they do not care about customers’ time or fixing issues when something is missing from the order. Very disappointing experience.
