  Estaba esperando mi comida cuando un señor empezó a gritarle a la empleada que estaba preparando mi pedido. La señora le dijo que esperara un segundo porque estaba preparando mi pedido. Entonces él también le respondió con mala actitud al joven y siguió gritándole a la señora: "¿Qué demonios? ¿Todo esto para recoger mi pedido?". Seguro que estaba teniendo un mal día.

  The staff is horrible. They are constantly “out” of items. Pollo used to be amazing, when they replaced the staff it’s been a trash heap ever since.

  Every time I come to this Pollo It’s always customer giving these workers a Hard time then they want to ask for a manager when the worker starts getting frustrated or as they say “rude” I feel for the workers this Is starting to get out of hand 🤦🏽‍♂️ just get yo food and go I come here at least four times a week and I love the people here they like fam then It’s the entitlement that The other customers have towards them I can’t stand it something Gotta change

  I want to be clear and direct. The young woman working as the cashier today—Sunday, May 3rd, at 8:00 PM—was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude the entire time. I can understand that she may not be at peace with herself, but that is no excuse to mistreat customers in such a coarse manner. Just to give one example: she told us flatly that there were no plantains. Then, when we picked up the food, the order included plantains. I hope Pollo Tropical is a reputable company that knows how to properly resolve incidents like this. My family and I will never return to that location.

  I came here with my Dad to eat, for my part i was already havinng a bad day and at first the customer service they didn't have the best attitude to serve and take matter to the order. Afterwards They get one first my dad's meal, mine takes moore longer and just guessing they felt bad about thei attitude and the waiting of my meal they gave us free desserts, I was already mad about of what happend before but they handle it well by compesaiting the damagw a bit. Still good food tho
