  Michael the manager was AMAZING after a truly TERRIBLE GrubHub experience. Customer service in it’s highest form. Will be frequenting this location now.

  I am 4 months pregnant and was coming here for an early Mother’s Day dinner with my husband. I had been craving seafood and love the steaks they offer here so I ordered the serloin steak and lobster tail with a Caesar salad and fries. My husband ordered the steak and ribs. The food took a ridiculous amount of time to come out and no one once offered to bring more bread or checked on us while we waited after ordering. The food came and my order was wrong. I got rice instead of fries and the lobster was so chewy and hard I couldn’t even pull it apart. They apologized and said they would bring another and fries. When they brought out the “new” lobster is was discolored, smelled fishy, and was even HARDER than the last! All they did was comp my meal. The experience was absolutely terrible and the rotten lobster could have made myself and my unborn child very sick. This establishment was the WORST Outback Steakhouse I have ever been to. I am sorely disappointed

  Ray at the bar was an amazing server . Food was generous $14.99 special : burger or coconut shrimp , 2 sides PLUS cheesecake AND signature honey oat bread and butter

  This was the first time I'm coming to this place. I was greeted at the door everything seemed so pleasant. The hostess was very friendly with a smile. I required a booth NC. Pleasantly, sat me at 1 of the 6 chair boots, which was great. She took all my themes, and she told me Stephanie would be with me. I was eager to eat. I understood. The stakes were delicious. I would never know now. So I waited. As I begin to wait, I noticed that the host sat down 2 other gentlemen. After me, they were given menus like I was and I still waited. Then, I noticed leston, 3 minutes. A waitress came to the young men's table that was seated after me. MB can she began to take their order? I waited some more. It didn't bother me at first cause. I'm assuming the area I was sitting in had 2 waitresses. That was working the same area. Stephanie looked at me and still decided to go to the 2 gentlemen's table but I was seated first. So I was not happy. I got up, went to the host and inquired about my waitress. She said her name was Stephanie. I appointed out was that Stephanie there? She said, yes, I said, but I was seated first. How is it that Stephanie went to those two people? That was seated after me. First, the host looked at me. Obviously she wouldn't have an answer and said would you like for me to go get her for you? I told her no, it's fine. I won't be coming back cause at the end of the day. My money is still green and I choose so spend it how I please and the outcome of Outback Steakhouse was not pleasing to me. So I leave. I hope stephanie reads this and understand check with your host first.To find out where you need to be before choosing and picking the people that was sitted after me, thank you
