And I had to yell 3 times can somebody help me? Until a guy that was behind the counter turned around with an attitude. And it looks like they premade the burgers. Because by the time I took a bite in it, it was really cold. Basically, this place was very ghetto in very rude service and the food was not that great. And i've been to 5 guys before, and this one is not the one

After I asked they made it but then messed up the milkshake which was basically just milk and had the wrong flavor. They forgot the fries. Then when we unwrapped we noticed most of our burgers were messed up and had the wrong things in them, but by then we just ate the food we could as is so we could get out of there. Staff wasn't necessarily rude, just didn't care even a tiny bit. Never going back here again. If I knew the burgers were going to be that bad I would have been better off eating fast food and saved money and time. If you're hungry in the area I REALLY really recommend you eat at another place (there's a nice Greek place in Atlantic v Powerline and multiple other places just 5 minutes away).

Employees were openly arguing with customers, swearing repeatedly, and even after the customer left, one staff member continued cursing and carrying on loudly while other customers waited for their order. What made this even worse was experiencing this with my 9-year-old son standing beside me. Spending almost $20 on a kids meal and being subjected to what felt like an argument match instead of customer service is unacceptable. Staff behavior like this creates an uncomfortable environment and completely takes away from the dining experience.
