- MGMarcos GomesJun 26, 20262.0Ordered pretty standard stuff from what I usually order for my family in other Five Guys places. First they didn't give me one of the burgers and a milkshake. After I asked they made it but then messed up the milkshake which was basically just milk and had the wrong flavor. They forgot the fries. Then when we unwrapped we noticed most of our burgers were messed up and had the wrong things in them, but by then we just ate the food we could as is so we could get out of there. Staff wasn't necessarily rude, just didn't care even a tiny bit. Never going back here again. If I knew the burgers were going to be that bad I would have been better off eating fast food and saved money and time. If you're hungry in the area I REALLY really recommend you eat at another place (there's a nice Greek place in Atlantic v Powerline and multiple other places just 5 minutes away).

Employees were openly arguing with customers, swearing repeatedly, and even after the customer left, one staff member continued cursing and carrying on loudly while other customers waited for their order. What made this even worse was experiencing this with my 9-year-old son standing beside me. Spending almost $20 on a kids meal and being subjected to what felt like an argument match instead of customer service is unacceptable. Staff behavior like this creates an uncomfortable environment and completely takes away from the dining experience.

I have come here twice recently to pick up orders, and both times, the younger male employees told me that the order hadn't dropped into their system yet. This exact situation happened again today, Friday, May 22nd, around 7:00 PM. The young guys told me they didn't have the order. However, a female employee stepped in, checked the system, saw my order immediately, and started preparing it right away. Since I have experienced this twice now, I wanted to let the manager know. It seems like the younger staff members might be ignoring incoming delivery orders or simply don't want to make them. The female employee was great and helpful, but management should look into how the front staff is handling delivery pickups.
