I preferred the original. May I also kindly suggest the company considers sweet potato fries as an option on a nationwide basis.

Currently 5 customers waiting for orders plus several tables. No burgers were made in 10 minutes while staff stood around socializing around the grill. It was not until a gentleman in a black shirt and black and white hat approached the counter to ask about his food that all of the cooks finally got back to work making food. Not sure how a food service establishment can find this in any way acceptable.

Most people have onion at home, but free toppings and no freezer meat is why the burger costs so much to my knowledge. (Around $13 for a regular, albeit double patty cheeseburger with tax) Staff are nice, although at times the seemingly surplus of staff in such a small location seems to cause occasional food confusion with how many hands it goes through when observing, although it’s nice and a positive to me that they have that many employees. I know it’s fast food, but restaurants have burgers for the same price. These things happen, just unfortunate when you don’t realize until you’re already home ready to eat.👽 Not the end of the world and still a nice place for a burger and milkshake if you’ve got the $20. I imagine this doesn’t happen on the regular, so if you’re craving a burger and milkshake with some fries give them a shot, and just make sure to check your order in the location or your car before you leave. 👍🏻 This is meant to be detailed, not overly critical, this is just one order among the many they make throughout each day, and it isn’t like I got the “wrong” order or a raw burger. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
