  My wife buys these bagels every single day except Tuesday. The only reason it’s not on Tuesdays is because they are closed. The bagels are delicious though with an excellent selection of cream cheese flavors. I still don’t know how you make a rainbow bagel but it tastes splendid with their cream cheese. My wife loves the savory jalapeño bagel with bacon, egg and some other wife stuff but I prefer the cinnamon raisin bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese. Thinking about the lox and cream cheese is making me drool on my phone. Anyway, I would bet Shad Khan’s salary that these are the best bagels in Jax as they are THAT good! And the customer service is always great, can’t beat it, 7 stars all around, please don’t limit this place to 5.

  We love our neighborhood bagel shop! Editing to add: we brought two bags of bagels with us to Tampa for a family get together, one clearly a highly rated chain competitor and the other our go-to brown bag loves and guess which bagels are still sitting in that big white bag???? (thought g-ma was gonna lick the cream cheese bowl 😉)

  Veggie cream cheese was excellent. Cheesy jalapeño bagel was excellent. Everything bagel was kind of dense and sad- seemed stale and got slightly better after toasting the second half. I shouldn’t have to toast a fresh bagel (purchased at 8am)
