  This is the worst mc Donald's I've ever been to. Ordered at 10:35 am Paid at 10:40. Didnt receive my food until 11:05 am. I think they forgot about my food or lost the ticket. The manager did not apologize for the wait. Do not offer a refund. nothing. This is why I prefer the Lake Wales 60 one over this one.

  I order through mobile app on my phone and order double cheeseburger and drink to table #110 but they're lazy put it sit on counter as I was waiting over 30 mins until I found out it been sit there as burger become cold.

  I would rate the food higher, but I failed to receive it as the result of the manager, Roxanne, being completely ignorant, arrogant, and unprofessional. She blames the children working at the establishment, but is the most childish individual I have ever met. Even my niece, who didn’t receive a happy meal due to Roxanne’s negligence, is able to take accountability better than the manager here can. That’s a problem. You need to figure your staffing situation out, because right now, it’s a Mc’mess 😐

  This place is horrible i go to school around there and often stop to get a drink or something to eat and the service is always horrible they’re rude they take forever to get the food ready often get the orders wrong and they treat anyone that isint a full grown adult with absolutely no respect if I could give it a 0 I would I do NOT recommend going here

  Probably one of the best McDonald's. Very friendly service The lady at the register saved me money didnt realize I had 20% off in the app.
