  So if recent this location has gotten much better Yet they are understaffed and usually the pizzas come out undercooked or not to PH standards Happy to say much better than 6 months ago but it’s apparent there is no real leader there in this store or surely no one who looks to be a manager most of the time

  What a rip off, the quality of pizza is horrible. Better off buying a $7 frozen pizza and adding a few toppings. Pizza Hut you need to do some qaulity control, especially for what your charging people.

  Cheese pizza wasn’t cut had to cut it again once I got home and the cheese was gooey and clumped up in the middle, making it hard to separate the slices. Overall pizza tasted good. Would choose to come back and give it another shot.

  Ours was a delivery service. This is the third (within a three month period), and LAST time that we will ever order pizza here. The driver was kind but the pizza has been cold, uncooked, and naked on pieces. It was fast service so that tells me it was slow, so why the poor service of food? Today it was cold pizza and baked pieces. I'm done with this location! Do better!

  I visited Pizza Hut yesterday and had a very frustrating experience with my order. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Instead, the pizza I received was made incorrectly — it was mostly pepperoni with only part of the toppings I requested. I went back inside to have the order corrected, but unfortunately the second pizza was also wrong. It was only partially topped with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon, with very little pepperoni overall. Having my order made incorrectly twice in a row was extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse was the response from the employee. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, she just smiled in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen, but making the same order wrong twice and not taking customer concerns seriously is unacceptable. I hope management reviews their quality control and customer service practices so this doesn’t happen to other customers. Ivy was the employee i believe But the other times I go in there it normally an awesome crew with good energy but not last night
