It was completely my mistake, and I was expecting it to be a hassle to fix. Thankfully, Ivy was incredibly kind and understanding. She never made me feel bad about my mistake and was happy to help. She even offered to make two additional pepperoni pizzas at no charge, which I really appreciated. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and Ivy made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you for your kindness and for going above and beyond to help. Pizza Hut is lucky to have you!
