  Food is way over priced and most of the food isnt fit to eat. Kids wont even eat the fries from mcdonalds anymore. The so called meat they serve gives me an upset stomache, wont eat burgers from there anymore. Only thing fit to eat is the filet o fish and for the kids they will only eat chicken nuggets.

  After all the problems prole have with this store. I think if they start with changing the manager it would start a chain reaction on the crew. I come to this store all the time and it is always something they dont make your order right or they just give random stuff. But maybe if the changed managers cause is just as rude as some of her staff. It would be easier to get your stuff here. It's a shame that the manager is as rude as the employees but it does show the leadership they receive and why they are like they are. Worst store in freeport

  They open at 4 but won’t serve till 5am and won’t let the McDonald’s app work for orders… not worth it for being 1 of 3 fast food places here… pathetic

  This mcdonald’s non stop gets orders wrong. I took my receipt in today and explained how they got my order wrong, the manager came over and rolled her eyes because she had then had to make another burger for me. As a person myself who works with customers daily i have not once rolled my eyes a customer even if they were being difficult. Not to mention i asked for a plain burger and they didn’t even put the patty of beef on it..This place is filled with teenagers working they need to learn what a plain burger is.This is now the 11th time i’ve had a problem at this mcdonald’s.
