  If I could give negative stars I would. After driving for 20 hours to make it home we stopped by to grab some breakfast. While in line to order breakfast. They changed the menus over and refused to serve breakfast. I was NEXT in line for. With no one behind me at the moment. The customer service here is terrible. Should have some better training. Just making it easier and easier to stop spending money at this place.

  I just want to say this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve had and I eat it often I’m from Mobile Alabama and has traveled to several states they had great and fast service and everything was so fresh and the whole order was on point yall did so amazing !!!!

  Idk what is up here but all 3 of the person i just dealt with need a customer service class.. greet the, soeak loudly & clearly, say thank you or enjoy & answer my when I know you heard me

  Every time I get food here they always forget something. I’ve been here three times in the past three weeks just to get a quick meal for the kids and every time I have to turn around because they did not include something. I should have already learned my lesson.
