  I came through late on Mother’s Day to be greeted by an extremely pleasant voice for it to be after midnight. I understand days can be frustrating and get you at your wits end. I was already exhausted myself. What happened next was not what I expected. Lavoderick is absolutely an amazing person. This is not the first experience I’ve had with him. He deserved a review the first time. Now after amazing service the second time, I would be doing an injustice not mentioning it. This man is changing lives whether he realizes it or not. Thank you for the amazing service and smile.

  Ok but how hard is it to simply make something the way it’s asked. I don’t ask for much simply no onions on my burritos and no lettuce on my tacos. And it’s in English. Fast food but can’t make it right or fast.

  I almost never leave bad reviews. I was missing items, both other items were prepared incorrectly. I paid for extra black beans and recieved none. There was lettuce and sauce where I asked there to be none. Literally every item besides the fries was wrong. Normally I would not leave a review because I’ve worked in food service before and I know it’s hard. We all make mistakes. I placed an order through the website after It let me order lobby pickup for 11:30pm. I show up at 11:35pm and the door is locked. My car has an issue with it where I cannot sit still with my car running or it can overheat. Which is why I placed a lobby pickup as I have done in the past. I call inside the store, and embarrassingly explain that car can’t go through the drive through and I placed it for the lobby. The guys gets upset at me and tells me the lobby closes at 11pm. The Taco Bell website let me order it for in-store pickup, I apologize and explain again that my car cannot go through the drive thru. He is mad, Im exhausted. Never going back! Not only was it deeply frustrating and embarrassing to have to call inside, but the food was all wrong and half forgotten.
