  It took 2 hours to get a cold pizza delivered. I was 💯 lied to by management about it. Also, you can't even call them directly to troubleshoot or track. You have to go through a third party. Unbelievable the lengths they went to just to not tell the truth. No regard for customer at all. Onsite might be fine, but delivery is horrible.

  We placed an order at 8:30 and waited and at 9:40 we called just to find out other customers had the same issue with their orders. I was placed on hold so the rep could try to get ahold of someone at the store and nobody answered I then was told someone would email me about the situation. I then requested a refund and for the order to be cancelled. It’s now 10pm and I have to look for something quick before my toddler falls asleep. Never again.

  They Have Three People NoBody In Drive Thru No DoorDash Nobody In Lobby Just Me . YOU got one Lady on The Phone Dude Walking Around im Asking Nocely For help Nobody Cares Dirty in there just poor Service they should be shutdown

  Honestly I wish I could give more than 5 stars sometimes because this establishment DESERVES IT! From the moment I walked in Jade was very welcoming, Very knowledgeable of the menu, and she made sure everything came out the way I wanted it to. Not only did the food come out quicker then I expected but it came out fresh, hot, and delicious!! You know how good the pizza looks in the commercials? Well that's how my food looked today and I'm super mad at myself for not taking any pictures!! If your new in town, visiting, or just passing through and have a craving for pizza? I DEFINITELY recommend this establishment because they are A+ all the way around the board!!
