  ⭐ 1/5 – Pallet Bar and Grill Unfortunately, my experience at Pallet Bar and Grill was deeply disappointing from start to finish. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which arrived over-toasted and so hard it was difficult to eat. The meat was dry, and the flavor was so bland I genuinely could not tell whether it was turkey or chicken. For a signature sandwich, that is a major miss. Adding to the frustration, the menu lacks clarity when it comes to what sauces and sides are included with each plate. This is especially problematic for anyone with allergy concerns, as it makes it nearly impossible to make an informed decision before ordering. When asked at the time of ordering what was on the plate, the waitress did not provide a full or accurate description. It was only after being questioned specifically about the sauce on the meat that she then requested a complete list of all allergies — which is not the customer’s responsibility and is not an appropriate way to handle the situation. While attempting to get the waitress’s attention to ask a follow-up question about a sauce, I watched her take at least two shots behind the bar while on the clock. When the issue with the food arose, she refused to come back to our table to address it and sent a different server instead. To her credit, the second server was kind and professional. I hope management takes a closer look at both the menu presentation and staff conduct. There is real work to be done here.

  Mouth watering food. Amazing atmospher Rachel was by far the best waitress/bartender i had the pleasure of meeting in a while!!!
