Rice isn’t cooked enough, pathetic serving portions or stale food. Almost every time I’ve gotten chips, they’ve been stale or ordering chips on the app to pick up and they don’t have any. Then you have to do the haste of getting your money back through the app. This location is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Management needs to be either more involved or changed.
