  Both ladies in there right now deserve a huge raise for handling things professionally and quickly given they are severely understaffed! Positive and friendly attitudes. Amongst tons of other orders, mine came quickly and correct.

  showed up at 9 to order they close at midnight no one answered the speaker yet there were 2 employees just sitting in the lobby

  I haven't been to Arby's in years so i stopped in for the beef n cheddar and it was surprisingly good. Beef was Hot, the bread was fresh and soft and the curly fries were also good. Service was friendly and professional too.

  I did the buy one sandwich get one free deal today. I had ordered a big bacon cheesy or whatever the hell...anyways we got in there and they said they didn't carry burgers anymore....messed my whole lunch up...all good tho...only thing I ever buy from there is burgers and jamocha shakes cuz they are 🔥. Sadly will not be frequenting that establishment anymore ...my satisfaction with the whole ordeal was how fat the guy made my gyro...biggest one I've ever gotten!

  The most unappealing establishment for obtaining food was the one where marijuana was smoked outside the store. The manager, a man with long, breaded hair, was in a white Challenger. The odor of drugs was evident in both him and his car, which was parked directly adjacent to it. They exited the vehicle from the side and entered the store. From our vantage point, we observed a deplorable state of the store. The floor was littered with food debris, the bathrooms were filthy, and the lobby was in disarray. The staff’s attitude towards the female employee, whose name tag I believe read “Faith” or something similar, was also unprofessional. It appeared that she was disinterested in her work. The music played at the counter was excessively loud, containing profanity and explicit sexual content. This is not the kind of environment that should be conducive to business operations. The food was cold and stale, and the establishment was clearly in disrepair. We will never return to this place. Additionally, all of my military friends will be informed about this establishment and will advise against visiting it. Arby’s needs to improve its operations significantly.
