  Got pulled up. Then 3 others got their orders before me. After 20 mins I go in and my Togo order is sitting on the counter...

  EXTREMELY poor service. At 11:40pm we go to place our order through drive though. We order a curly fry and the woman says “thank god will that be all” and then we place another order and she asks if that’ll be all again. We pull up to the window and we realized the price was too low so we asked if she had added the second order. She yells “that’s not what you ordered you asked for curly fries” then slams the window shut very aggressively and then reopens it and yells “what drink” again this is all in a very harsh/ aggressive tone. Then we go to hand her the card and another woman in the back yells “we close in 5 minutes” we asked for a coke to answer the initial question and the woman in the back yells again “we close in five minutes” we say but you’re still open. After this we just decide to leave and then the woman scoffs and slams the window shut AGAIN and proceeds to throw an ice cube at the window. As soon as we started to drive away I looked up the closing time and it wasn’t until 12pm so they did not in fact close in 5 minutes. I know it’s frustrating for people to come in close to closing time and I understand that as someone who has worked in the service industry. However lying, yelling and being threatening towards a customer is NEVER acceptable. I hope serious action is taken to correct this matter I’ve never felt as unsafe as this at a fast food place.

  pulled up to the drive thru and no one answered for at least 3-4 minutes an then i spoke up asking if i could order and still dint hear anything back… yall was open it was 9:40 when i came thru. yall suck fr

  Food was wrong and the miserable older lady needs a new job.. won't be back only thing that was saved this review from being a one was the dread head dude with great attitude he needs a raise and the lady needs a new job ... her attitude is horrible ..
