I don’t know the guys name who was doing orders because he kept staring at me then moving on to other people. Finally a nice woman appeared to ask if I’d had my order taken by this point all the cars behind me had placed their orders already.

Lately it’s been a question of did they use the right milk? Did they even put coffee in it? I have been returning my coffee back to them instead of wasting my $6. Last time my coffee was re made twice, and even the employees were questioning things. Seemed like mostly milk, considering it should be a blondie. I don’t even want to write this, but it has been a pattern lately. I blame the company itself. Why do you have 3000 employees, all working small shifts? How can your staff grow and learn when you don’t invest in them?
