  Multiple occasions the drive through is closed in the morning. Today I sat in drive through for 8 min before I pulled up to the window to only be ignored. Horrible staff

  Ordered thru drive thru. And still was give them wrong order I tell the person and she had a snobby attitude as if we made the sandwiches ourselves. They had us waiting another 10 minutes just to add the egg and cheese. I was very displeased had to leave from drive thru and o inside to see what the hold up was young workers very unprofessional.

  Horrible service!. Went to pick up an Uber eats delivery, waited a few minutes with no one at the counter, guy comes out wearing sunglasses at night, asks, who im with; i proceed to tell him uber eats and give him the name and i show him the phone. He then told me “Just tell me who you’re with! Don’t gotta shove the phone in my face!” In a rude and semi aggressive manner. While I did not even come on in a disrespectful way.

  I’m not sure if it’s just the locals that are leaving the bad reviews but I’ve been to A LOT of McDonalds. I’m from way out of state and this Mc is by far the best one I’ve been to service wise, the 3 ladies that were by the kiosks checked in and asked if we (a party of 5) needed anything. Now they did forget 2 drinks and messed up a burger but people make mistakes, they kindly fixed it with no issues. Food was fresh and tasted good! I would definitely come back to this one if I didn’t live 10+ hours away. I hope the ladies see this, keep up the good work and the great service 😌
