- NCNancy CarterApr 2, 20263.0We used the drive thru, and the person taking the order had horrible grammar and was not articulate. My husband gave her the first part of our order, and her reply was “Huh???’ when he asked for no pickle. This girl needed more basic customer service training before being placed in a position of “first impression” to your customers. BTW, when we got to the window to pay, she gave the same reply to another customer as she was taking his order. Horrible first impression for your customers.

So i did, when i got to the window the same lady that asked me to pull to the window asked if i had a large fry. I said no i didn't order. She then scoffed and said “This is why this is backing up, you are slowing us down” and proceeded to take my order very rudely. This is not the first interaction i have had with this employee which was less than professional. This person naturally attitude should immediately be noticed as someone who should not work in a customer facing role.
- SFShannon FleetMar 22, 20261.0Avoid this store. I know it’s what we have, but this place is just awful. We’ve been cursed at, ignored, and given cold food. Mistakes are the norm, and they get mad if you point it out. Ordered through the app and paid, and we were told there is an error - bye. No help, no nothing. Basically, buy it again! I almost never get fresh fries or nuggets, and the night manager is a real piece of work. Rude, nasty lady who might be better suited as a dishwasher with her bad attitude. However, the morning crew is usually fine. I go early and it’s exactly what I would expect and the manager is nice.
