  This is the slowest Jimmy John's I have EVER been to. Only one person in front but took a long time to get to the register and place an order. Normally by the time I'm done ordering, my sandwich is within 2 min of being done. I sat for nearly 10 minutes waiting. The tables and benches were not clean, either, and we had to wipe them down ourselves. Not the Jimmy John's I'm used to. Will not be back.

  Had a great experience at Jimmy John’s! Orion provided excellent customer service, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the overall experience was outstanding. Orion is a great young man, and I’ll definitely be back!

  The service was great but the sandwiches are way too expensive for what you get. Minimal chicken on the CBR.

  Overall experience was low very rude manager Cassie was disrespectful to employees and to customers on phone. Environment was messy food on the tables. Food on the floor in the back. No one washing hands after making sandwiches.
