I genuinely don’t know what happened here, but this may be one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever been handed. We were planning a nice movie night and ordered a pizza with a specific request: cheese on one half and no cheese on the other. We called ahead and were told they couldn’t do that, but could do light cheese, so we went with that. Fine. Whatever. We picked up the pizza, didn’t think to inspect it in the store, and drove the 15 minutes home. Big mistake. We opened the box and found this absolute masterpiece. Half the pizza was so badly burned that it looked like it had been introduced to an open flame and told to fight for its life. So we drove 15 minutes back to Domino’s, handed the pizza back, and asked for a refund. Thankfully, the guy gave us our money back. But then came the explanation: “It burned because you requested light cheese.” I’m sorry… what? I’ve ordered pizzas with light cheese before. I’ve ordered pizzas with no cheese before. Somehow, the pizza doesn’t spontaneously combust when I do that at other restaurants. In fact, Blaze Pizza is roughly the same drive from my house, and I’ve specifically ordered no-cheese pizzas there without receiving something that looks like it was recovered from Pompeii. And the burning wasn’t even the only problem. The pizza was lukewarm, hard, and had the texture of something that had been sitting around for a couple of hours. I tried eating one slice anyway because apparently I enjoy suffering, and the crust was so hard it actually hurt my mouth. The pizza was so hard and overcooked that, at one point, I genuinely wondered if the cardboard underneath it might have been the more edible option. So let me recap: * Ordered pizza. * Called ahead to clarify what they could accommodate. * Accepted the “light cheese” option. * Drove 15 minutes home. * Opened the box to discover a pizza that looked like it had been forgotten in the oven. * Drove 15 minutes back. * Got a refund. * Was told the pizza burned because we requested light cheese. That last part is what really gets me. The problem wasn’t the amount of cheese. The problem was that someone apparently put this pizza in the oven, failed to notice that it was turning into a charcoal briquette, and sent it out anyway. I appreciate getting the refund, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this experience. Next time, I’ll spend the same amount of time driving to Blaze Pizza, where they apparently possess the revolutionary technology of watching the pizza while it cooks. Five stars to the refund. One star to the pizza.

The people who worked there are horrible bad attitudes they don’t care it took the driver 45 minutes to deliver food to my house and it was cold when I called the store. They said we can replace it but I’ll take another hour so I waited two hours to get dinner which I did not want to eat dinner at 9:30 PM. I would never ever use that store again and corporate will be getting a phone call for me first thing tomorrow morning, Plus, my food was burnt.

Food was okay . I did a pick up order and they was using the hands no gloves to make the food and cut it . They keep talking to each and not the customers. The employees was rude and yelling at customers and employees. The atmosphere was bad and uncomfortable with loud sounds and I wanted to walk out and not eat it was so nasty . I will not be going back or ordering food from there again!
