- KSKaya SmithAug 7, 20261.0Had high expectations but I will not be back. Everyone there today was totally lost, they need more training! The wait was absolutely ridiculous (20 mins) seeing that there was 3 workers serving & 1 cashier & the line was still backed up! Don’t even get me started on the portions!!!! I literally had to ask the worker was he serious, not even a decent scoop of rice to cover the bottom of the bowl & expect $12+. Worker also messed up my order & being charged for double meat when I didn’t get double is crazy 🤦🏾♀️I’ll stick to the other chipotle on Okeechobee.

The portion sizes were tiny, the rice was completely undercooked and crunchy, and the steak was cold and rubbery. On top of that, the dining area was a mess and the staff seemed totally overwhelmed. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be going back anytime soon.
