  Finally decided to check it out last week....the workers were very unwelcoming...one even laughed at me when I didnt know lemonade was a "fountain drink" when I asked for one as my drink...they didnt say much to me...and gave me weird looks when I asked questions. The cheese dip tasted old and wasnt even melted all the way and the tacos were mediocre if that. My friend got one burrito and it ended up costed over $20! It was our first and last visit for sure.

  Terrible service. Ever since it’s opened, there has always been a problem with ordering. 90% of the time there is Multiple items that have not been restocked when I go at 12pm. Most of the workers wouldn’t survive any other jobs because they cannot follow simple commands. Also, when we ask for the manager, there was nobody to be found. Everyone just looked Around at each other and just proceeded to keep working. Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and it’s a shame that it’s brand new.

  Such a shame, very good locations but way below minimum customer services… so sad….no leadership…. Just kids running 🏃🏽‍♀️ around playing with food….

  Very disappointed with this experience. I arrived at 10:20 PM because the posted hours on the door clearly state that the store is open until 11:00 PM, but the doors were already locked. An employee told me that the Regional Manager allows them to close at 10:00 PM. If that is the actual closing time, then the hours posted on the door need to be changed. Customers should be able to rely on the business hours that are publicly displayed. I made the trip expecting the store to be open and arrived 40 minutes before the advertised closing time. This was frustrating and could have easily been avoided with accurate posted hours and better communication.

  For this to be a fresh built chipotle it is HORRIBLE!!!! More than half of the food is out in the main service and in the online delivery they are literally walking back and forth with utensils from each service! Food on the back stove bubbling and BURNING. Got attitude when i asked for another bowl because the one that was trying to be served to me visibly had crusted bean stains inside. I know there is typically a wait and I’m fine with that but waiting for 3people ahead for over 20mins is ridiculous not to mention when I did ATTEMPT to order the young lady was looking for the steak which took an additional 10mins before another young lady looked and shrugged her shoulders I ultimately had to just walk out at that point. Bottom line is this store has no structure and no guidance from the outside looking in and if this is what yall were going to give them just keep chipotle out of fort pierce because we all end up driving to SLW well that’s if you have the sense too
