  The place was a complete mess. Food was spilled all over the serving station, and the garbage can next to the food was overflowing. The staff showed no sense of teamwork or customer service. While my food was being served, they ran out of rice. When the employee asked for help, another worker responded by making rude faces instead of assisting. Once my order was finally ready to go, I had to wait about 10 minutes just to pay. When I politely asked if someone could ring me up, I was told I had to wait because the employee was cleaning. She finished cleaning first, then came back to charge me. After taking my payment, she turned around and walked away without even offering bags for my order. When another employee finally came by and I asked for a bag, she questioned whether I had paid. I showed her my receipt, but instead of helping, she made me wait even longer while she printed a duplicate receipt from the register. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were filthy and smelled terrible. My experience on Thursday, June 18, 2026, around 9:00 PM was unacceptable. The employees on that shift appeared completely uninterested in their jobs and showed little regard for cleanliness, customer service, or teamwork. Management should seriously address these issues.

  The cooks didn't look clean,the food was cool not hot,they were serving the food where there was barely any food in the pot,flies flying around the food,the servers would walk away from the food,the place were the food was being served was very nasty.......

  Even with a line all the way to the door, they had about 6+ people in the back with a few clearly standing anround trying to look busy watching someone else work then only 2 people upfront on food and 1 on the register. The first girl on the Food Lion was working really hard, but the second person was a guy and he was talking up every girl like there wasn’t a big line to the door then when a guy got up it was quick like it should be. No way chipotle should take me over 30 minutes to get in and out for a TO GO order. Plus the utensils and napkins were entirely empty so waited even longer there.

  Very rude staff. They told me one thing at the front of the line and failed to mention at the end of the line for the Bogo that double chicken cost extra. The cashier was very rude. As someone Who has worked at three different chipotle’s this was by far the worst! I am very disappointed in this Chipotle

  I go there often unfortunately to donate money to Chipotle apparently… every time I go here it’s like playing the lotto and expecting to win. You never do… if you go here after 7:29pm there is always a food shortage because they are packing it in. Management, either put the closing time to 6:00pm or continue to cook until everyone is served. Thanks. This is a 100% honest review.
