  I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Kia! She was friendly, professional, patient, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Her customer service really stood out, and she made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Kia is definitely the type of employee you want representing your restaurant. Great attitude, great service, and a great overall experience. Management, you have a good one with Kia! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  🌯 FOOD + BATHROOM INSPECTOR REVIEW The food here is delicious and reliable, and the service was even better. Kia, our burrito maker and cashier, was super sweet, friendly, and helpful. They were short-staffed, with only a team of three working, but you wouldn’t have known it from the service. They worked together really well and got everything out quickly. Great teamwork + great attitude + good food = a winning combination. 👏 🚽 THE BATHROOM INSPECTOR Men’s Bathroom: 1-holer 💩 Cleanliness: 9/10 🧼 Odor: 10/10 👃 Privacy: 10/10 😂 TP Supply: 10/10 🧻 Overall Bathroom Vibe: 9/10 The bathroom was clean and smelled good, which is exactly what we’re looking for. It’s a one-holer, so there’s no awkward urinal etiquette to worry about. You get the entire bathroom to yourself. Luxury! 😂 They were also well prepared for the inevitable: extra toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet tank, and the paper towels were strategically stationed behind the sink. Not exactly a five-star hotel presentation, but hey… when you gotta go, you gotta go, and they had us covered! 😂🧻 The women’s bathroom was either locked or out of order, so that’s a definite deduction for the ladies. 🏆 THE VERDICT Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bathroom: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ Would I come back? Absolutely. Great food, friendly service, a hard-working crew, and a bathroom that doesn’t smell like something died in the walls. That’s a successful stop in my book. 🌯🚽👍

  Deliberately messed up my food I ordered a burrito and a bowl they gave me two bowls one with hardly anything in it except for way too much guacamole like 80% of the bowl was guacamole and then the other Bowl was so full it could hardly even be open without it spilling out. When I called the restaurant the manager told me I had to deal with it online.......not to mention he didn't even apologize ...... very frustrating the online calling robot is even more frustrating and also why I spent so much time you just don't even care about how you treat your customers or what you feed them is ridiculous I will no longer be coming here and I was a regular this is quite sad honestly. Mind you even if they had read it's a bowl they didn't make it correct they hardly even put any steak in it at all I ordered steak on the side as an extra and that was full the only thing they got right was the actual side of the mild salsa a side of sour cream.... the chips were even wrong... they they were so stale and there was hardly any chips in there that weren't even broken... you have a very poor standards of quality or portion control or even the ability to read and execute the order properly. There's absolutely no reason for this behavior and your lack of accountability is disgusting I spent almost $50.... people matter. Please do better. I'LL BE PRAYING FOR YOU BECAUSE ONLY GOD CAN HELP YOU. AMEN!

  The staff needs customer service training… no greeting and everyone looks miserable. Took 15 minutes to acknowledge my presence. I placed an online order for pick up…it still wasn’t ready well past the estimated time. Ordered a veggie burrito bowl… they forgot the guacamole… really?? Won’t be back.
