  I already hold Chick-Fil-A to a higher standard in terms of service but this was above and beyond, all team members were friendly, service was incredibly fast as they had our food to us as we were sitting down and seeing an Associate named Richard walking around to every table and asking everyone how they were doing with a smile on his face asking everybody if they needed anything was unlike anything I’ve ever seen anywhere

  So my wife had a strange experience the other day. She took my granddaughter to use the restroom and there was a young man about age 15 in the stall. Naturally, my wife was alarmed, anyway it appears that he was mentally challenged. So he pees all over the seat and my wife attempts to use the other stall and his mother comes out she also pees on the seat. When my wife addresses the manager he totally disregard her. Oh forgot to mention that the mother of the disabled youth said something in Spanish to my wife, instead of cleaning up the mess they made. Just thought I'd share this was poorly handled by the manager. Post sign no men in female bathroom over the age of 10, period. What's your take?!

  Visited Chick-fil-A last December and honestly experienced some of the best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. When they found out we came from Canada and were heading to Walt Disney World Resort for my son’s birthday, one of the staff members kindly gave him a gift, which made the moment even more special. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Great experience overall and definitely memorable!

  I've always liked Chick-fil-A and this store represented well what I like best. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and polite. Everything was clean. And, as I also have come to expect, it was busy, a sign of how well it is doing the things that matter. Despite being full, the good was ready quickly too.

  First time eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and was amazed by the service provided. Can't say about other stores, but the whole team was very gentile and nice with me and my family. Offered my 1yo a high chair in very perfect condition, kept the place nicely clean and was friendly on every opportunity. Unfortunately didn't get the names to properly thank them here in the comments (Friday, may 1st 2026 around 2:20pm).
