I went to get my drink that I specifically ordered via the app. The young lady who had taken my order was very rude, which I had chalked it up to probably a bad day, so I didn't get upset, but when she handed me what I thought was supposed to be my drink, I was like okay thank you, but when I felt the cup and the texture I realized that it was not my drink at all and I had tasted it to make sure. It was so disgusting 🫣 😪 😒.
