  I usually go through the drive through, but have been inside as well. I like the hummus veggie wraps, especially with the pickled onions that add a nice surprise flavor and crunch. Couple that with my favorite smoothie and I feel good about a delicious healthy lunch or dinner. As a bonus, they offer a discount on their smoothies when you purchase a sandwich at the same time. Food and smoothies qualities are consistent and delivered pretty quickly, with a smile.

  Do not go here No one one greeted, they had a look of dread and irritation when staff walked in Juan kept acting like he didn’t see me when trying to pick up my order stood around doing nothing, Miriam was very nice 5/11 5:00 staff needs an attitude change management needs to handle that my family friends staff coworkers will be told about the attitude in this place, it brings work place momentum down a manager would fix this to bring revenue

  Juan Sebastian in the drive through window was incredibly rude. I was asking very simple questions and he yelled at me to speak up, and then when he gave me my smoothie he shoved his hand out of the window, didn’t look at me and made it a point he was angry. The guy with the snake tattoo. Go figure.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Tropical Smoothie. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, I was being rushed to order even after I said multiple times that I needed a moment to look over the menu. I originally ordered two Bahama Mamas, but then I corrected myself and clearly said to remove one and make it a Mango Monsoon instead. When I got to the window and paid, he handed me two Mango Monsoons. I told him that wasn’t what I ordered and explained again that I wanted one Bahama Mama and one Mango Monsoon. He immediately told me that’s not what I ordered, which wasn’t true, and gave me attitude about it. He did end up fixing it, but the way he handled the situation was unprofessional. If he wasn’t rushing me at the speaker, he probably would’ve actually heard my order correctly in the first place. I didn’t get his name, but he was tall and had a bird tattoo on his neck.
