It was fun but oof is it expensive. 400 dollars for the 7 of us for driving range style golf and bar food. Their soda machines were completely flat and our server disappeared way too much for way too long. We had fun though

I had a really frustrating experience at Topgolf Fort Myers specifically with the server Kelly B
We ordered nachos, and our server straight up lied to my face and said they *don’t come with cheese* which honestly makes no sense. Because of that, we ended up getting charged extra for queso we thought should’ve already been included. To make it worse, we were charged **three times** for queso when all we asked for was the normal amount plus a little extra. In what world do nachos not come with cheese?
What made it worse was the attitude. Instead of clarifying or helping, the server came off dismissive, and we spent a good chunk of our paid game time trying to sort out a bill for food we didn’t even intend to order. That’s time we literally paid for and didn’t get to enjoy.
To be fair, the manager stepped in and handled everything quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated no complaints there. But the server’s behavior and the confusion around something as basic as nachos definitely put a damper on the whole experience.
Staff can really make or break an experience, and tonight was one of those nights. We arrived around 5:30, and Gia was our server. Things felt a bit off from the start. I’m pregnant, so I was only drinking soda, but when my fiancé and friend tried to order drinks, they were met with repeated rules and odd comments, including being called “difficult.”
We understood not being able to order a pitcher for one person to limit extra trips, but being timed between drinks and having the server insist my friend take her shot immediately while she stood there felt unusual and uncomfortable. It made the whole experience feel overly controlled, almost like we were being treated as children, with the server hovering the entire time. This wasn’t a late-night crowd, and no one in our group was intoxicated, so the behavior felt unnecessary and out of place.
At one point, she also referred to me as “little lady,” which I found inappropriate, especially as a 30-year-old adult. Overall, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable evening. We likely would have stayed longer and extended our time, but due to the service we received, we were ready to leave.

Service was great. I went to use a 100 dollar gift card and they say “sorry our gift card machine is broken” and take our information down to send us a new gift card over email they wrote our name number and EMAIL down because their machine was down THEY PROMISED us a gift card it’s been 6 weeks and nothing. Normally a restaraunt that sells gift cards you’d think they could make you a new one or atleast take the difference off of your bill. Manager never came over, and I never received an email of a new gift card. I worked in the service industry for over a decade and would never write a bad review unless there were serious issues of being treated poorly. I genuinely don’t want to hurt a business but being treated like that I will never go to this place again and I recommend you don’t either.
