Albeit, one of the smaller Subways I've been to, they always have the place looking clean and tidy. I've been here roughly 15 times in the past month because I work nearby and will continue to come here. Thank you. Objective criticism: 2 things that get overlooked all the time, but doesn't take away from the experience. 1) You always pack my sub to go without asking, when 99% of the time my intention is to stay and be away from my workplace. 2) Honestly, I forget every single time that I have a Subway Rewards card. It's not advertised anywhere inside that I've noticed. I actually asked on my last visit and the lady was polite and said yes. Even looked it up with my phone number. This second one is a problem with all Subways though. The only reason I even know Subway has a Rewards Card program was because the one in Gulf Coast Town Center has their cards in front of the register, but they still do not ask if you have one either. I wouldn't count #2 as an exclusive problem to this Subway. They obviously don't need help getting business in their door. They always seem busy. Again, I always enjoy my visit here. Don't look too much into my criticism.
