  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, I had to wait about 7 minutes before the employee finally handed me my food, and she was not friendly or welcoming at all. On top of that, I felt pressured into leaving a tip, which I honestly don’t understand. I was picking up my own food — this wasn’t a sit-down restaurant where someone was serving me, checking on me, or providing table service. I don’t understand why I should feel obligated to tip for a pickup order, especially when the service I received was not even pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse once I got to work, which is only about 5 minutes away. The pizza was already completely cold, to the point that the cheese had hardened and was stuck together. The chicken wings were also cold, stale, and honestly tasted gross. The food clearly did not taste fresh, and it was extremely disappointing to spend money on a meal that was this poor in quality. Overall, I left feeling like I paid for food that wasn’t fresh, received poor customer service, waited longer than I should have, and was made to feel pressured to tip on top of it. I expected much better and would not consider this an acceptable experience. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed.
