  Best pizza hut around! They do the brand justice! Me and my roommates probably get pizza here at least twice a week. Workers are all super friendly and the pizzas always perfection.

  Edit - A manager reached out a few days later and more sincerely apologized for mistake but also expressed understanding over the issues that furthered the frustration. They did NOT ask me to edit my review but did go above and beyond to compensate for the mistake and frustration of the experience on this visit. I want to be fair to the employees at this location because most of my frustration is actually with Pizza Hut's corporate practices and customer-service system, not necessarily the people working inside this particular store. I placed a pickup order through the Pizza Hut app. One pizza was made with the wrong crust, and the wings were mostly dry despite being ordered with sauce. Not a huge deal—mistakes happen. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted to contact the store and get the order corrected. That's where the experience became ridiculous. Calling the LOCAL store number apparently sends you to an outside order-taking/answering service. That person then had to transfer me to the actual store. The transferred call rang endlessly with nobody answering and no voicemail. I went through this process twice. I finally resorted to Pizza Hut's online customer-service chat, where I had to provide my contact information, order number, order total, date and time, whether it was delivery or pickup, confirm the store location, and explain what was wrong—all for a $31.94 order that should have required a two-minute phone call to the store. Their solution was two coupon codes for free large pizzas that expire in 30 days, can't be combined with other offers and will still involve additional charges for the pizza I never got correct. I declined. I wasn't looking for coupons designed to get me to spend more money with Pizza Hut. I wanted the food I had already purchased to be made correctly or credited for a future remake. The complaint has now supposedly been escalated to upper management. Again, my biggest criticism here isn't that a restaurant made a pizza incorrectly. That happens. It's that Pizza Hut has apparently created a corporate customer-service system that makes it unnecessarily difficult for a customer to contact the actual restaurant and resolve an extremely basic problem. A simple remake should not require this much effort. This experience has made me far less likely to order from Pizza Hut again—not because someone put the wrong crust on a pizza, but because of what I had to go through afterward. This doesn't even account for the fact there are 100's or more local pizza places here, even corporate franchises where I can still reach someone to correct a mistake if/when necessary. I will miss this Pizza Hut :(
