  My mother has ordered from here once a week for years and they’re Under poor management, rude, unhelpful, argued with my mother, unwilling to make anything right, pepperchini not great, and pizza quality has down graded. Papa John’s on south point and college is always on point and incredibly kind and pizza quality is way better.

  I just left this restaurant, I went in I only saw two people working, yes I see that it’s busy but the workers could have at least acknowledged me and say they will be with me soon instead of leaving me there hanging. Very very poor customer service, I will never come back to this restaurant unless the employees can be nice and actually care about their customers smh

  I must say that most fast food pizza places can often be a little bit of a gamble, but this one has proven to be consistent for me over the years. My most recent experience was I ordered a few pizzas for a good amount of people and they had them hot and ready very quickly! The staff was kind and courteous and this was near lunchtime. Thank you for the great service!

  Great Customer care support at Store level (Molly and other store managers) though online account will not sync with store data. Friendly staff.
