  Walked in to place and order at 9PM. It seemed to be very busy with pick up orders and it looked short staffed. A gentleman named Josh apologized for the wait and took my order professionally and tentatively. Even though it seemed he was juggling 4 jobs at once he was patient, diligent, and had a very positive attitude. I waited outside for my order to be ready and came back in a little early to wait. Again, Josh hard at work tackling everything with care and courtesy. In the midst of the rush he came over and asked if myself and another gentleman wanted a water while we wait…. This type of customer service completely outweighs what I expect from a Papa John’s. My order was perfect. I asked Josh if he was the manager, I assumed the customer service and care was because of this. He said no and he has only been there for some short time. Well to me, it looked like he was running the place. It would make a lot more sense if I knew Josh, or if this review was purely bias…. but no… I was that impressed by him that I felt compelled to share my experience. I truly hope that his work performance and core value traits get the recognition it deserves.

  Their pizza is not well crafted at this store Delivery takes forever Pizza cold when it arrives The manager is very rude Papa John's has really good pizza but I do not recommend this particular store order from another one

  Man the staff at this location are all get out rude , I am a platinum dasher and the young lady that was in office yesterday 6/21 on Fathers day around 1-2p yuck ; bruh when I tell you she was so nasty all I did was enter the establishment verified the two patrons names on my platinum dasher screen and she proceeds to say oh the second one just came thru and the order has not been even placed in the oven you may confirm the first order and then proceed for your deliveries I responded with I will wait for both completed orders as per the screen ; then I asked to use the bathroom & her response was I just cleaned it and its drying its a no sorry , again dashers are the same as customers and its bad business to treat people this way, especially when they work in a sort for your company or any subsidiaries !

  Update 5/03/2026... See owners reply. Thank you for your quick response! I am very grateful to hear that you are resolving the delivery problem, Contract workers generally don't care. Hopefully you'll find some good help and provide training for them. Thanks again for your response, it certainly gives hope. We ordered 3 pizzas on Friday afternoon, it took around 30 minutes for our delivery. Papa Johns has chosen to use Uber drivers for their deliveries. No hot delivery boxes, usually longer wait times and our Uber driver put his "house cleaning" business card inside of our pizza boxes! This particular stores service and quality is gradually going downhill. The delivery service is just another indication of the store management. Goodbye Papa John's!
