  This is my first time writing a review, but I had such a wonderful experience at this location that I had to share! The staff here were incredibly welcoming and kind. The young woman who took my order had really cool piercings and was super friendly. She made me feel valued as a customer and had such great energy😁! The location was clean and comfortable, and I'm so glad I decided to try this Panera instead of my usual spot. The positive atmosphere and excellent customer service have made me a regular customer, I'll definitely be coming back often! 10/10 for customer service. Highly recommend this location! 😊

  Went thru the drive thru at 6am, no lines. Ordered my sandwich and chips, delicious 😋.

  Went through the drive thru. Took forever to come on and take my order even though I was the only one in the drive thru. Hardly anyone was in the parking lot either. Then they had me sitting at the window for a really long time before anybody even came over. Probably sat there 20 min watching them flirt with each other, hug and mess with each other. Just standing there while I'm sitting here waiting. I almost called in to see if they forgot about me. Then missed part of my order.

  I ordered online a few days ago and despite them not having the exact bread I wanted they made sure to be very courteous and made our sandwiches perfectly on a different bread. They were so nice and even gave us a cookie for our trouble. that’s how you do customer service. Both the lady at the drive thru and who I think was the manager were eager to please and incredibly lovely. This was on may 6 and my order number is #6051716104460136 if it helps these lovely ladies get the recognition they deserve.

  Let's see drive 45 minutes to get green goddess salad. They had to tomatoes, avocados or the green goddess dressing. Went to order a different salad and they didn't have half the ingredients for. It either.. I had tomatoes soup and an Italian sandwich it was OK. But it really wasn't my green goddess salad..very sad . It's a long wsy go and not get what you went there for. The should give me a gift card or something for all my troubles ..
