  My son & granddaughter took me here for Mother's Day dinner. Service was exceptional, food came out hot & delicious. Generous servings !! Serving staff were so friendly & kind.

  If you've been to an Outback, then you know you can count on consistently good chicken for a steakhouse! Our server Camden was genuinely great! We appreciated the details of our table he paid attention to, very rare these days, thank you Camden!

  Out server Eric awesome chef that cook the meal dead spot on my steak and grill shrimp very attentive, very professional are glasses of iced tea were never empty and any needs that we request was meant to our expectation Eric thank you and to our chef i may sure he got complimented by our server.Eric, the food was amazing, tasted delicious.Thank you

  I haven’t been to outback in years. The other day my wife and I were looking for a place for dinner, I was craving a steak so we chose outback. The service was top notch! The opened the door for us and welcomed us as we walked in. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was pleasant and the building was clean. I ordered a steak and it was cooked absolutely perfect! I actually felt compelled to tell our waitress to let the cooks know how perfectly cooked it was. The waitress was as friendly as could be and fast. I was glad we came here. It’s now my go to steak restaurant by the house!

  Me and my partner just left the outback on Cleveland and we ordered the ribeye the first one we got had this horrible unnatural smell. The taste wasn’t any better. I can’t even describe it other than it smelled like a spoiled steak and was very potent. We sent it back and the way the manager Red handled it wasn’t the best either. He verbatim asked if we liked the type of steak we ordered (Ribeye) and talked about how when they first got them he brought it home and cooked it and how great it was. Not only that but when he came over he said the steak we sent back smelled amazing and he could only smell the spices and flavors. Absolutely disrespectful and what a way to make someone feel stupid and devalued. It’s not that we doubted how great it was, it was the fact it was extremely disrespectful to be treated like a child who knew nothing about what we’re eating and paying for. I wasn’t expecting a free meal but just wanted to be treated with respect. The next steak we got was absolutely overseasoned and in a way it felt petty. The waitress was very kind and very apologetic and the other waitress who took it said it smelled bad as well and was also very kind. The way that the manager handled it wasn’t the best and left us feeling stupid and we most likely won’t be order another steak from here or will be coming back any time soon.
