  Every time I come to this McDonald’s and come inside it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get your food this would even be for a french fry and a Coke it is the worst service sterile atmosphere inside and nobody to ever help you this McDonald’s is terrible if you need something go through the drive-through do not go in

  A drive-thru service should not take 20 minutes. People use fast-food drive-thrus because they expect quick and convenient service, not to sit and wait indefinitely. On top of that, customers are being asked to pull into a parking spot so their food can be brought out to them, which also typically takes another 20 minutes. At that point, what's the purpose of having a drive-thru? This is a fast-food establishment, not a sit-down restaurant. Customers should not have to spend 40 minutes waiting for a fast-food order. I will not continue to pull forward and hold up the drive-thru just to accommodate a system that clearly isn't working. To make matters worse, the employee at the window was extremely rude. There was absolutely no sense of customer service, professionalism, or concern for the customer's time. Management seriously needs to address the service delays and the attitude of the staff at this location. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I will think twice before returning.

  Can't believe how new and also run down already this location is. Clearly their has been no respect for the owners investment. 3 out of 4 kiosks don't work. Floor and tables dirty, lobby not services. And no counter help. So sad, I had high hopes for this location. Then the guy (manager?) Came out and just yelled out "table 24" for us to come get it our selves. So sad since I had selected table service and got the number. Yesterday at the new Chick-fil-A was alot better experience. Ronald needs to step his game.
