  I came for a curbside pickup order and waited outside for 10 minutes in the rain before finally giving up and going through the drive thru. When I got to the window, the employee laughed at me and said he was never going to bring the order out because it was raining. I asked at what point they planned to tell customers curbside wasn’t being honored, or why they didn’t disable the option entirely. He said he couldn’t disable it. I responded that if the option is still available, then employees should still be bringing orders out. He laughed again and asked, “Who’s going to make me?” He also said, “I’m straight up telling you I ain’t getting wet.” He then claimed there were only two people working, which was clearly not true once I came inside. When I asked for his name, he refused and said “Absolutely not” before shutting the drive thru window in my face. I parked and went inside to take a picture and speak to someone else. The manager was laughing about the situation too, saying, “Why didn’t you just go out and bring it?” which showed they clearly saw nothing wrong with the behavior. I later called back and was finally told the employee’s name was Daniel. At no point did anyone apologize, attempt to make the situation right, or show even basic professionalism or respect. The attitude from both the employee and management was absolutely unacceptable.

  I ordered curbside pick up waited 10 minutes and went in and they said no one would’ve come out because it’s raining??? Are we kidding. Why is this even an option then?

  $6.00 for a chicken biscuit really and I had a bite of the chicken biscuit and It doesn’t rip apart properly. It’s not a high-quality chicken. I can go to Chick-fil-A and get a high-quality chicken biscuit for the same price. Why would I go to McDonald’s?

  Not the first time I’ve come here & had a terrible experience. Today was something!! My gift card wasn’t swiping, the person at the drive thru asked for a manager 4x before she finally got back to him and gave him an attitude as he tried to explain what was going on. Instead of her telling me what was going on, like a manager usually does, she tells him to basically stop trying to get her to do something and give me my gift card back. She turns to give me a dirty look and walks off. He apologies for her rude behavior and being unable to get assistance. I get to the next window & I see the same rude manager so busy yapping away at the front with friends. There’s chaos in the kitchen and she’s just in her own world. The girl at the window tells me there’s no fries… but said they’re working on frying some so if I can please wait a few minutes. I finally get my order & the fries they were just frying somehow never made it to my bag because I got cold stale fries. So clearly they decided to finish the old fries before giving out new ones, but still had me waiting for fresh fries that I never got. my nuggets, were also stale and cold & to top it off, there was no HiC orange. The only positive thing about this place was the nice drive thru worker taking the payment & the girl that apologized for their being no fries.

  Britney Did not take my order properly and I tried to get her attention multiple times to fix it. Then, when I went to pay, I asked her to apply the app code. She refused to and kept repeating how much the bill was refusing to use the app code.. Then, when I asked her what her problem was, she told me I could either pay or get out of her drive-through. When I then paid, she refused to give me a receipt, telling me the printer was broken. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and I will be contacting corporate. A person like this should not be working in customer service.
