  Had to wait over 25 minutes for my food to be ready. Ordered this meal to be dine in and selected a table maker to have it brought over. Staff decided my order would be togo and packaged it up and called my number from the counter. Drinks were not given when ordered and food was rushed in preparing. Fries were not fresh despite the long wait and my burger wasn't even wrapped. Very difficult to get any help with anything as no one speaks English.

  Ordered and was told to go to parking spot #6. Waited ten minutes and they brought our food to the wrong car. Then they brought it to us. No one touched the food, so it was ok!😡

  Horrendous (non-existent actually) customer service. I ordered counter service via the app. Entered my table number and sat down. When my food wasn't brought, I went to the front counter and noticed an order sitting in the pickup area; it was my order, food getting cold and no drink cup. Nobody at the registers, nobody would respond, or even acknowledge me at the pickup counter. It took 10 minutes to get help. Staff just passed by me but didn't acknowledge me.
