    Fast food is always absolutely horrible. These drive thru workers that say, "Pull ahead", "You can pull ahead", etc . And then expect any tip are lost. They need further training on customer service.

    Gave my child expired milk dated May 13th served May 16th. Food safety violation. Also slow service.

    Extremely long wait for a kids meal nugget. Only to be cold. Truth is, my 5yo would have never said anything. I just knew from the reaction something was wrong. Which means they new about it and did not offer us a fresh meal. Coke was nothing but watered-down carbonated water. TBH I've come to expect this from McDonald's, unfortunately 😔 this is the new norm. Higher prices and poorer quality food. This isn't the only McDonald's with these problems. It's 90 percent of the locations we visit. What do you think, should the staff have known the food was cold and remade the meal? Or is that something you have to tell the people cooking your food? Surely the ones handling my food know if it's past its time.

    For some reason, I don’t know why but I order small Coke hot spicy McChicken sandwich, a cookie and a fry. I’m a Uber driver. I get to my location and they tell me there’s no fries and they even showed me. This is the THIRD! time that they screwed up at the same McDonald’s this week. I don’t know why it’s so hard to do. I do recommend do not leave that drive-through until your food is there and that’s something I need to work on as it is my fault for not checking the bag. I should’ve never left the drive-through. Didn’t look because I want to stick my hand in someone’s bag that I’m working for. I expect them to at least get it right. Service Another thing when I’m at the drive-through paying and you tell me there’s no receipt. By law, you need to give me one. Anyway, when she says she doesn’t have a receipt, I went to the next window and asked them and they gave me one. I don’t know why that’s so difficult to do. I need receipts to keep track of everything tax purposes whatever. Here’s another one, talking on the phone that needs to come to an end you’re dealing with money in credit card and debit card. You could be doing something wrong because you’re talking on the phone. That’s something they need to enforce. McDonald’s definitely need to listen carefully look at the order number carefully. Get a supervisor that knows how to run the kitchen I understand McDonald’s why they make mistakes But hope they can improve. I don’t ever see Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s , Pollo tropical making any mistakes, When ever I go. So far. The point I’m making is before you leave check your bag. If you don’t want mistakes, then go to the one by Walmart and colonial in 6 mile. The employees I do think they need to take the time look over everything if you have to double check and then give them The food. And maybe respond back when someone says thank you or have a good day. I mean, they don’t have to, but it’s courtesy thing. Other than that two star rating, maybe I will give it five star eventually in the future with updates. 5-05-2026 08:19pm order 09
