  Every time I go here, they never have ice Cream. They always say the machine is broken. Ugh!

  1:30 wait for fries in the parking lot was 10 minutes all 3 cars parked had to go in and get their orders.

  This McDonalds used to be good but lately their staff don’t seem to know how to make their sandwiches and once the burgers weren’t even cooked, they were red inside. We had been going there frequently and always ordered the same thing. After a few incorrect orders I called and spoke with the manager and she said to come back and she would replace our sandwiches for free and she said she would make sure the new staff were trained in how to make the kind of sandwich that we order. After the uncooked burgers and a few more mistakes, I called the manager again and she said she would replace the incorrect orders. When I went back to get the order made correctly, I was told that I could only get 1 free sandwich. When I told them that both sandwiches had been made incorrectly, they insisted that I could only get 1 free sandwich. So I left McDonalds and went right next door to Dairy Queen and ordered. The staff were very nice and asked questions to make sure they got the order right. It was a very refreshing change!! We will not be going back to this McDonalds. I recommend that you try Dairy Queen instead, they are right next door and very nice.

  As long as Andrew or guy with curly hair is taking your order. It's going to come out perfect. Super helpful. Staff does more than just grunt at you when you place an order.

  I was deeply disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald’s after a drive-through. I had given them my full attention, spoke clearly, and even asked for a Sprite when I received my order. However, when I mentioned that it was missing, they refused to add it. They told me that I would have to drive all the way back around to buy a Sprite, even though they had the authority to add it to my order. This made me extremely angry and felt that it was inexcusable for a food chain that relies on customer service to treat its customers this way. I will be sharing my experience with others, and I believe that this McDonald’s will be boycotted. I have a significant influence on how people view businesses, and I want to make sure that this McDonald’s is held accountable for its actions..
